Slated for 5 October 2025 at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar 'Ali Saifuddien, this annual community initiative reinforces the hospital's commitment to combating cardiovascular diseases through proactive health awareness and physical activity.

The event invites participants of all fitness levels to choose between three race categories – the competitive 10km, the intermediate 5km, or the family-friendly 2.5km fun run.
