Transformation is not just about technology or processes – it is more about how we think, work and care.

At the recent IHH Malaysia CEO Town Hall, we shared how we are adapting to changes in healthcare by staying focused on efficiency, quality and support for our people and patients.

Together, we marked key updates:
· Island Hospital Penang being part of our network, Gleneagles Hospital Kuching is underway, and we are expanding into out-of-hospital care through GP collaborations and workplace physio.
· Our VDO initiative is helping us manage resources better while keeping outcomes front and centre.
· We are also making steady progress on environmental efforts, such as installing solar panels, reducing clinical waste and lowering the use of desflurane in OTs.

We also listened to feedback from our teams and shared what we are doing in response. Transformation is ongoing, and we are moving forward with purpose, together.
