Our second IHH MY CEO Town Hall this year brought colleagues from across the Southern Region – Gleneagles Hospital Johor, Pantai Hospital Batu Pahat, Pantai Hospital Melaka – for an open conversation on the changing healthcare landscape and how we prepare for what comes next.

Led by Kamal Amzan, Dr, the session focused on three priorities shaping our direction: strengthening how we operate, preparing for new care models and moving earlier into prevention.

We were also honoured to welcome Dr Prem Kumar Nair, whose participation in the fireside chat reinforced the importance of continuing to grow, embracing transformation and staying ahead in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

What stood out most was the openness of the conversation. Honest questions were raised, practical realities were discussed and there was a shared understanding that progress depends on all of us moving forward together with clarity and purpose.
