Traffic police officers spend long hours amid heat and exhaust fumes, exposure that can quietly affect respiratory health over time.

Through LungShield, IHH HEALTHCARE MALAYSIA is partnering the Ministry Of Health, Malaysia (KKM) and the Royal Malaysia Police to support 10,000 traffic police officers nationwide with structured lung screening and clearer pathways to care.

Beyond chest X-rays and low-dose CT scans, the programme is designed to ensure those identified to be at risk are guided towards specialist review and further treatment where needed, because earlier detection only matters when it is followed by the right care.
